About David A. Pumford, Attorney
Dave graduated from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and was admitted to the MS Bar in 1999. He served a judicial clerkship with the late Presiding Justice Michael D. Sullivan. He then joined Erik M. Lowrey, Tom Fortner, and the late Robert “Bob” R. Marshall at Lowrey & Fortner, P.A., in Hattiesburg, MS. Dave opened his own business and has served the MS Gulf Coast since January, 2012.
Dave practices exclusively in family law, with over twenty years of experience before Chancellors in the Eighth, Tenth, and Sixteenth Chancery Court Districts, as well as the Mississippi Supreme Court and Court of Appeals.
Prior to his studies at the Cumberland School of Law, Dave earned a Master’s in Political Science & International Relations from The University of Southern Mississippi and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Swansea University in the United Kingdom.
